Structure of Vibrating screen:

1. The screening drive uses the valvular coupling and flexible disk coupling, It conquers the  defect of easily damage. Simple structured, produce and maintain easily.

2. The vibrator adopts the offset form, the structure of which is simple. 

3. It can select the feeding box accordingly. The application of feeding box increases the effective sieving area, meanwhile it prolongs the screen mesh’s life length.

4. The motor can be assembled both right and left of the deckbase. It is seater-type equipment.The obliquity of screen surface is adjustable through changing the place of spring support.

Working principle of Vibrating screen:

1.The vibrating screen consists of screen box, supporting device, vibration exciter, transmission part, etc. The barrel type vibration exciter is installed in the middle part of the machine. During normal operation, the vibration of exciter will drive the screen mesh fixed on the screen box vibrate, and then materials will be screened. The big and small materials fall from the upper side and lower side of the screen to get them separated.
